Meet Victoria
Hi, I’m Victoria, the founder of VJB Edits.
I help authors, students, charities, individuals, and businesses turn clear ideas into polished, professional writing they feel confident sharing. Whether it’s a novel, academic paper, website copy, blog, or social media post, I am here to make your words work exactly as they should.
I am based in the UK and work in both British and American English.
What I Do
I specialise in proofreading, copyediting, content writing, and copywriting across a wide range of industries, including charity, cybersecurity, finance, health, marketing, advertising, social media, speaker agencies, and literature – so I’m comfortable adapting to different authors, audiences, goals, and voices.
How I Got Here
Before starting VJB Edits, I worked as an in-house editor and writer. After a period of ill health, I decided to build something more flexible and more focussed on the kind of work I love most. Living with a chronic illness means working for myself is the right fit; it allows me to give each project the time and attention it deserves.
Qualifications
